Some of the best Indian food in Lincoln comes from a gas station on the south side. Amrita, the owner, came to Lincoln from Punjab, India, where she learned to cook from generations of elders. Her husband, the late Dr. Mahapatra, encouraged her to start this venture along with a gas station, assuring her that win, lose, or draw, the journey would be worth it. She hopes to expose more people to the great cuisine & culture of India.
