In 2010, Chef Aaron Young dreamed up the name ChefauChef, and by 2012 he took the leap into catering full-time. What started with one employee, one Greek house program, one wedding and 10 events has grown into a team of 20+ employees, more than 70 weddings each year and 1,000+ catered events annually across Lincoln and beyond. Today ChefauChef remains 100% locally owned and operated, with Chef Aaron’s mission unchanged: serve great food, support his team, and give back to the community.
