Crepe Café

Paul Larsen founded Crepe Café in 2016, and it’s been a labor of love ever since. As the first and only crepe food truck in Nebraska, Paul loves serving customers their very first crepe, or a kind of crepe they didn’t know existed. A proud veteran-owned business, Paul served 25 years in the military across two branches and 10 years in Nebraska Corrections. Crepe Café recently added a food truck alongside its trailer, with more growth on the way, all thanks to the customers and food truck community that support it.
